Unhappy customer. Unresolved refund.
I have been waiting to get my refund back since last year. I have sent countless email to no avail. Your call center agents are also of no use. This has been the worst experience by far. Till this day, I am still begging for my money back.

I want my money back.
My online shopping experience with PnP has been dreadful, and the amount of incompetence I witnessed is shocking. All I want is my refund. This has been going on for over 3months now!! Wish I could give zero stars.
