Namibian car accident
Hi, on 4 November 2023 I had an accident in south africa with our car from namibia. Santam first tried to refuse to pay, then they agreed to cover. But for the last 2 weeks, we are on 21 December now, just before Christmas, we stay on a farm without a car, they are everyday coming with new issues that could have been dealt day1. This is not a people's company at all. I assume it is because they use a assessors company in Pretoria by the name of de Beer assessors, this is where the decisions is made and the hiccups is, but santam appointed them to destroy the santam legacy. I advise anyone to stay away from santam And customer care, don't send me " we will come back yo uou " message, I never want to hear from you again, just pay me and **** out off my life And santam as well as de Beer assessors, thx for a super ****ty Christmas where we cannot even attend Christmas service in town.

Namibia water truck scam
Emo trucks is a scam. We paid 500 k for a truck to be bought and a tank build, still waiting for the refund because no truck and no tank
