Inappropriate driving/disrespectful/vulgarity/ill mannered behavior

I am reporting Truck registration NUR48785 with trailer number NUR63328, the driver nearly push me and my vehicle onto the N2 shoulder lane on the 17th of September 2021 at approximately 16:45pm. Driver was on the left lane, trying to go onto the right lane and didn't bother to notice we are beside him. We were almost smashed in between him and vehicles on the right shoulder lane. Driver did not apologize, instead declared vulgar and profanitie against me. He is bound to cause an accident or even worse cause someone their lives. How does ASL Transport Division recruit their drivers????
