SPCA Amanzimtoti
I have contacted SPCA Amanzimtoti several times to collect a stray dog that landed at our door a week ago. To date they have not collected it. When I phoned to follow up I spoke to a very abrupt lady. The dog is not well and we do not have the capacity to take care of it.
