I'll like to warn consumers about a online company called Rentoza.What a bad customer service this company has.From their back office staff to everything the is about this company. They are slow in processes quiries.Making people to sign things that were never properly explained.Ive never seen or heard of a shady company like this one. My advise would be don't associate yourself with such.Dont consumer anything from them as they have a lot of hidden things and taking people for fools. My story. Lastweek I was made to pay a deposit of R1350. Whilst applying for a rent to buy Laptop(s) and on that process I was made to send my documents for a verification that didndt even make any sense.In that I was told I'm declined as I don't qualify as per their qualifying criteria of which I understood.What is a challenge is a fact that now I have to fight to get back my money. I'm taken from pillar to post. With hidden terms and conditions.I told stories and stories and I don't want anything either than my money.I have you use this laptop for my school work. Please anyone assist me with anything that can help me deal with this matter. Much appreciated for your time.
Hi . My experience at Richfield I can say it's one of the poorest in all of them. Back in 2019 When I started with them it was one of the most high experiences one has ever seen. Here's my story as to what attests to what I'm talking when I'm say it's the poorest services one has ever experienced. Back in 2021 I was supposed to do my second year and whilst I was busy with the registration processes.I got a retrenchment letter from the company I was working for at that time.From there I advised Sthembile ,who used to be my administrator about the matter.As I didn't have funds to pay for my registration fee.She told me I won't be able enrol as I don't have the R3500 of registration.Then we left like that.She didn't give me any information as to what I was supposed to do.No heads up nothing.Because after you fully done with your registration.What normally happens they send you ,your study materials and tell you what is loaded on their study portal of which that didn't happen this time as I didn't complete my registration process. After sometime I got a call from your their collections department saying I'm handed over.Then I explained to them what happened ,they told me to contact my admin of which I did . On her end she was also surprised as to how did it get to that and she told me she will contact management.She did.And they told me how to go about it but at that time I was still unemployed had no one who can assist with my funds.I.advised she told me the is nothing they can do. now how come am I owing the school whilst I never had money to register to start with and I also didn't have access to your guys study portal. This is a issue for me because now I have funds and I want to continue yet I'm denied access of which I find it hard to understand. I've been told stories that done make any sense.They say i did login to their portal and they have proof.my question is I've been charged for logging and why ? because it's obvious I was their student at that time and anything could have happened.I mean systems always generate errors.Between me,them and God I know ,I never used their portal up until I was told I can't continue with my studies as I didn't pay for my registration. Note : Registration fee is on their requirements list.
(Popular furnishure store in midrand ) Poor customer service . I feel like I was robbed for not being taken through their laybuy policies. I made a laybuy in May for a couch and paid R1000 . When I go and cancel my laybuy due to being retrenched from the company I was working for. Its only then I was told I'm supposed to pay 10% of the original price of the item ,which was R700 . How is that possible ? I even asked to speak to one of the management teams ,I was told it not possible. I was given a email address for their support site. But the unfortunately the email is not working , I received a non delivery spam notification after I've tried logging in for a complain . I'm really disappointed and still cant believe this. Poor customer service and unfair laybuy policies.
