Dirty place

The place is dirty and dusty and also the doors are broken, fridges are smelling bad. The place is just bad not for peaple to stay in. When we ask for for refund they told us about 10 % deduction and we said it's fine and all of a sudden they change their minds ND say they can't refund us anything
