The worst service you will ever receive Due to an EMERGENCY we tried to collect our car late (which would be in the favor of the entity as we paid in advance for all the days). We tried to contact Europcar to alert them with no answer until we arrived the next day (15 hours later than we were meant to collect as we waited for the next morning). When we tried to change our lead driver they refused to open the ticket because we were late and would not allow us to collect the car (it was in the wrong drivers name as the original lead driver was not able to take the car), they also refused to refund and between Europcar and Crazy Car Hire they just blamed each other. They were unwilling to help with any solution and now I have paid over R3,000 for a car I did not receive and for which they will not refund me DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
