Terrible customer service
Their support system is terrible. I tried whatsapp and online, they take more than half hour to respond to one message, then when you respond back, it takes another 30+ minutes to respond and then the answer is totally unrelated and comes with no solution at all! I would rather use Paxi as I've been doing for years now, never had any issues at all with them.

Very slow delivery times - do not keep to times promised on website.
On their website they state that you can be assured that your package will arrive within the time frame stated, which in my case is 7-9 business days. We are not in an outlying area at all, and usually receive our packages in time from Courier Guy etc. It seems that Paxi/PEP cannot keep to their promised times. It has now been 10 business days (and counting) and still our package hasn't been delivered. Frustrated with such slow service!

Awesome bank! Love them!
Just love, love, love this bank! Every I go into the bank physically, I dont sit in the que for long, every consultant seems very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly at all times. Very professional service, always clean & neat inside. Overall the people working their have a good, friendly attitude. Love the bonus that their bank costs are low. I've also opened accounts for my two daughters now, setup was quick & friendly service as always.

Bad service, not knowledgeable, no working solutions via chats, emails not answered.
After time and time again receiving bad service, not responses to emails, etc. I've decided to write a review on Hello Peter. From the consultants opening the wrong account after clearly explaining my needs, to consultants on chats not knowing how to help or giving outdated information and not solving most issues for me, and now I cant withdraw Paypal money because there is an technical error when their website tries to link to Paypal. Chat consultant asked me to email Paypal dept directly, and even though their automated email response says they will answer within 24 hours, I have not received an answer after 7 days of waiting and I still cant withdraw money. I would probably have to go in to the bank physically just to sort this out. There are also many errors on their website, this happens too often and becomes annoying. Even their app doesnt work properly, there are so many menus not working when you click on it, etc. Just overall very bad, but I'm forced to use them so I can withdraw money to my Paypal account. I do like that they offer Business Zero accounts for small businesses, but the cons outweigh the pros by far.

Nice packaging & friendly, professional service.
Awesome company! Chats are answered promptly & friendly. They have nice packaging options as well as raw materials - good quality. Their pricing for raw materials is a bit more than most other companies I'm using, but still a great option for me when I want to order packaging & raw materials at the same time, most raw material providers do not offer packaging as well. Very professional, friendly service and their raw materials are packaged neatly.

Unprofessional & no refunds for faulty products
They have some good products and some bad ones and at the time I bought from them their labels weren't very clear and a bit misleading. It would say Pure Rose Water but when you open the bottle the alcohol smell was very very strong. There was so much that it burned my face & my clients faces. I wanted refunds but didnt get it. The only response I got was that "no one else has complained about the same thing", which is very unprofessional. They have changed their labels to be more correct though as it is not pure rose water (which implies there is no other additives like alcohol/preservatives in it). I also bought glycerine soap from them that had way too much alcohol in it. In the beginning when I bought it there was no smell at all, even though there was alcohol in. But after a few months of purchasing from them the alcohol smell was so overwhelming when opening the bucket of soap, that I couldnt mask it with a fragrance oil, you could still smell the alcohol so I was not able to sell this soap anymore. Again, the response upon giving them feedback was very unprofessional and I got no refund. The lady took offense and denied that there was anything wrong with the products. I eventually just stopped buying from them.

Excellent company & affordable
Excellent company, always very professional and orders are completed & delivered promptly and they have good products at affordable prices for even smaller companies as well. Will continue using them.

Good service but very expensive
Very good, friendly service that always includes a personal note, which I like! They are a bit expensive compared to other companies, which is the only reason I've stopped buying from them as there are a few companies that sometimes ask half the price. It is just too expensive for any small business. But overall good, prompt service when placing orders & I love the free delivery option when you order more than a certain amount.

Prompt service, friendly & helpful, affordable & lots of variety!
This company has soooo many ingredients & packaging options! And they have good pricing as well as small & large variety, so that's good if you want to just try out an ingredient or if you have a small business. Service is very good as well. I will keep using this company for all my cosmetics formulations.

Friendly, good service & high quality products
Great company, very friendly & accommodating service, people there are very friendly & professional at all times. Also very affordable wholesale pricing options for small businesses, which I appreciate as most established companies don't even talk to smaller companies. Very happy with their overall service & high quality products!!
