02/10/2024 I spoke to Silindile, a consultant from HTN attorneys, I am very concerned cause it brings a bad reputation to the company, was she really trained, does she know what telephone etiquette is? Know one wakes up and decides to be unemployed and not pay any debt, she told me my R50 I paid is not enough. HTN please train your employees. Never in my call centre years with HTN or any other company I worked as a debt collector, never have I ever insulted any client.
