POOR SERVICE : TRU SLEEP BEDS ELSIESRIVER

Good day I bought a 107cm Starryline mattress on 10/2/2016 @ R2265. After a few motnhs I contacted the distributors, because the mattress gave me problems. According to them whole batch of that mattresses were having problems and they replaced it for me on 2/8/2016. Both mattresses were suited for persons with a weight of 100kg. I only weight 59kg. and after a while I saw a hole appearing in the middle of the mattress, although I turned it ever month. I reported it and after months of enquiries a man named Ruben (working for Tru Sleep Beds at 23rd street, Unit 8, Elsiesriver) contacted me and told me that they will stuff it again for an amount of R650. The problem is that I had to get it from Dwarskersbos to Elsiesriver. I am 76 years of age and cant drive to Elsiesriver myself. So I had to courier it to them @ a cost of R440. I am a pensioner and can't afford this extra expenses. They cant even guarantee that the mattress will hold me in future if they do the stuffing. They don't give any guarantee or warrantee for the work the do. I had several back operations and needs a good quality bed. I am so disappointed, because I thought I bought a good bed that will last me very long. I don't recommend anyone to buy a mattress from Tru Sleep Beds and don't trust the guarantee/warrantee the state on a bed. They are quick to sell a mattress, but the don't have after sale service!!
