A horrible experience from a reputable company,they loaded my Geyser with their bakkies ,sold me a system without explanation,kept debitting my account for who knows what after I made payments at their office and kept saying I owe them,sent a ***** for a technician,I regret ever meeting them

I got a vehicle covered with Pmd from 2020,all was good and confidence grew and added another one and another recently, our second car got involved in an accident, broken headlight and a bumper,they gave us panelbeaters in centurion and we drive in,they made an assessment with a qoute resulting to r38000,after a month it went down to r27000,when we enquire about the variance,the state Access and Storage fee,of which the car is drivable and went in and out the same day,so no storage fee will be applicable,and today one of their consultants called me in the morning asking for Natis documents and Car keys,after we have in numerous times stated we are not surrendering a car that is self-propelled(drivable) and valued more than what they are offering for the damage, they took us pillar to post and now they want to take our car,what sort of trickery is this? My sweet encouragement has gone to sour,disappointed
