Frustration

We are working for ADA organisation assigned by CETA which does not pay us and its been months we do not get our stipend. September I got an email emanating from CETA that they paid out ADA but till today no stipend was issued to us. The most painful part is that for June stipend I never received mine and I submitted the timesheets and later I reported the matter to CETA. However, all they do are doing is nothing for the past 2 months the query has not been resolved and I certainly think either of the two is correct. Either CETA is incompetent or is corrupt. I hate this and if I knew about this I wouldnt have bothered. I will make sure I tell everyone whom I meet who wants to be involved iwth CETA that this is corrupt organisation that is incompetent....they do not pay their students the stipends.
