After renting with Avis Budget at OR Tambo through my insurance I returned the vehicle 2 weeks prior to the rental agreement, upon inspection I was given the all clear. At least an hour and a half later I receive a call stating that a new scratch has been found on the front bumper and that I will be charged accordingly How can you give the all clear and then hours after there is suddenly a scratch? Provided with no proof that the vehicle has been driven after I left it and saying that the vehicle is still in the same place as I left it is an unacceptable and poor explanation, I suppose with a 2.5 trust index this is what you can expect from this company I will be informing my insurance company to steer far clear from Avis and I will definitely spread your wonderful service far and wide!

Disgrace of a company
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I placed and order on the 18th of August and was promised delivery within 21-30 working days, after numerous emails and un-answered telephone calls, where rude reply's were even given by their production team, TODAY! on working day 39 we have been informed that the order has not even gone to the workshop yet. Please explain how a company can be so useless in todays economy, guess its easy when you have to pay the whole amount upfront. I recommend to anyone who even consider buying from them to stay as far away as possible

Amazing company
Collin from Tru outdoor has been an amazing person to work with regarding the excellent furniture that he manufactured. It is above and beyond excellent, with him always available with updates. It was a pleasure doing business with him and would recommend him to anyone in future.
