Their prices and initial service is excellent
Their prices and initial service is excellent. However I had an issue where my debit order failed and then I waited 48 hours 3 times and the actual debit order never went out but a R50 failed payment fee went off. I gave them ample time to rectify but it just didn't work. Other than that their prices and service is excellent

Great service.
This company and their staff always go the extra mile to assist. They are friendly and super efficient. If they don't stock something they go out of their way to order it for you. Amazing service.

Engine and Transport Scam
I got this company on the Internet and checked that they have a legitimate website etc. Paid over R8350 for a Motor and once they needed to send the Motor to me I had to pay another R2500 over for Insurance on the transportation through Neo Logistic Service also a company with a legitimate website etc. Got a tracking number and it stated Enroute the whole time delivery date was expected to be 7 oct 21. It's the 12th of Oct today and not one of those companies answer their phones. I have been scammed. These guys operate with legitimate websites, banking details registered to their company names and all. This is really scary.
