Potal services in South Africa
I have sent a parcel in the last week of November from New Zealand to South Africa. Then the first week in December sent 2 other parcels. Here's the best info, the later 2 parcels sent in December have already reached their destination, but the first parcel has still not arrived. After I phoned NZ post office and check where it is, last updated on 4th December. NZ post said they cannot give info as it is already in Johannesburg, We phoned and had to hold for South African post center, which cost us quite a lot. The consultant was irritated and rude by our phone call and the parcel is not in Johannesburg. The consultant said we have to get off the phone and I was never rude to her. She then said we should contact NZ post. The tracking number was updated on NZ side and kept up to date. It was a Chrsitmas gift, and something they will most properly never receive. We have sent customer support so many emails and phone call, but yet no response. I don't have proof, but we properly all know its been ******. Actually so shocking that you pay so much to send a parcel and get it missing or such a rude attitude when you want feedback. Thanks postal services for making my experience such a great one and being treated as a ******** about your own parcel.

A lady, advertising as Adri Oosthuizen on facebook, has really gotten a free R400, exclusive scamming poor people trying to make some money online while in the grip of a pandemic. We worked on it for over 30 days, expecting some payment, but yet no support from Adri or customer support. She is still active on facebook, scamming who knows how many people already. Thank goodness it was only R400 and a bit of time, as our data was already on a higher plan as my husband works from home, when it was complete lockdown. Do not entertain this womens fake data entry jobs. She is a total fraud and incompetant supporter of people's well being.

Chris Fouche calls himself the CEO at Global Forex Investments. He has yet to provide proof of his trading license or proof that our investments were actually placed. We paid over the investment fee. We waited of rhis response and he said that if the money were to be paid out, we would have to pay the SARS documnetation fee before 10am the next morning. We did this as it sounded legitamate. He then followed this payment by saying the very next day that the funds have been held as the transfer fees need to be paid first. We explained to him we don't have this amount as he said it was only the SARS fee expected. Its been 2 weeks and he is still asking for more money, as he keeps saying the investment isn't released due to international rules. This seems so weird and he is yet to provide proof of the investments, his trading license or any screenshots. He keeps saying we not to threaten him, but we are not, just stating the facts and we have all the ads and whatsapp messages to back it up. We are doing this, so that other people don't fall victim to his promises. He is very smooth talking individual.
