Do not buy from OMG

I contacted OMG via their website and was redirected to a sales person, we dealt on the phone and via WhatsApp. I ordered "Large" size protective gears for an amount of R10 000.00 and I paid instantly. The size was specified more than 2 times, and written on our conversation and confirmed. After 1 week, I finally received the parcel, I was so excited to open as I had planned a ride on the weekend! Well, bad luck for me, as the jackets and pants were size "Medium"... I contacted the sales person straight away and it took a while to answer me. I asked him to help me! well up to today, I have not received my new Large gears. They have picked their gears and told me that they will send me my Large size gears soon. I was upset as I did not make the mistake and order the medium from them, then try them on and realize it was too small, I knew from the beginning I needed a Large size! They claimed that they need to check and evaluate before they can exchange them... I was never communicated any information during this all process, I had to contact them all the time and ask them what is going on!
