Booked a locker to locker parcel Centurion to Alex (Sandton) 31st Dec and deposited the parcel. Previously it took 1 bus day to deliver. I followed up on the whatsapp customer service 3 days later as the parcel remained showing "delivery assigned". The answer I got from the agent "locker offline". I queried again and I was told the person will be notified when the parcel is delivered in the locker. Today I requested an update again as the parcel is still showing "delivery assigned". I requested feedback 11:25, by 13:57 I have not even had a response. What shocking service, I think Pudo lost me as a client today, this is the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. The receiver is really unhappy and I as the client am appearing dishonest and like a fool.

Made 2 bookings for 25 Oct and 29 Nov, requested them to be cancelled and refunded on 18 Oct, receiving no response, cancellation or refund from the organizer.
Ordered envelopes on Monday with payment. Phoned Friday midday and 4pm to ask about the delivery and was told both times the driver has my goods and will deliver today. No envelopes arrived, no phone call, no text, no whatapp, no email. Blatant lying to customers. Unacceptable.
I purchased a washing machine and hairdryer online and paid my R250 delivery fee on 20th November. 22nd November I received delivery of my washing machine, no hair dryer although the invoice states the washing machine had to be delivered with another invoice (for the hairdryer). I phoned 6 times to the store that did the delivery (Silver Lakes), every time they will follow up, or another excuse given. Its no 10 days after my order placement, I still have no hairdryer. Absolutely shocking service.
Today I ordered lunch with the Sixty60 app. Cafe Culture Fresh BBQ Chicken Quiche 400g Cranberry & Parmesan Salad I didn't have time to put the quiche in the oven as instructed on the packet and popped it in the microwave for 2 minutes. I can honestly say this was the yummiest, most delicious lunch I've had in months. For sure an excellent buy and easily feeds 4 pax for R107.98. Great value for money and definitely worth spoiling yourself. Thank you Checkers!
I ordered food on ASAP 18 Sep. The order was in excess of R1000 of which more than R500's goods were out of stock so they refunded that amount. Perfect. I waited hours for delivery, for it to finally arrive in plastic bags (not brown paper bags I was invoiced for), the 2L tub ice cream completely melted and leaking all over the rest of the products. I was invoiced for 1kg extra lean mince, this was not in the bag. I have phoned, mailed, written on the 'chat to us' every day since then, it is now almost 4 weeks. I have received 2 separate refunds making up the ice cream value. To date I have no feedback, no refund, every day another customer 'support' (it's completely the wrong title for these staff), with another excuse. I've even threatened to hand Pick n Pay over to my lawyers - no response. Absolutely shocking - they've lost me as a customer for life.
