Overcharging for renting out a house

Hi <br> <br> The Accommodation Shop Letting Agency based in Seapoint Cape Town listed a house in Rondebosch for R12000 per month. I filled in all the paper work ready to apply to rent the house. By pure chance I visited Gumtree looking at other options. I found the same house being let by the owner for R9000. This as you can imagine was more distressing and disappointing. Please be do not use this agency as they are not upfront or honest. When I contacted them, their response the house is no longer available - this unprofessional and dishonest.
