Hi Mancosa has new system that delete your work during an exam that cause you to fail so that you have to rewrite Yesterday i wrote the Management Principles in the advanced diploma in business management ( July 2021 intake ) i have experienced issues as my work kept vanishing eveb whilst saving and I and lodged it with your department- till now i have not received assistance or answers all my work kept disappearing and you did nothing to assist me . I also refuse to accept failure of a module due to Mancosa's system This morning some students who experienced the same issues yesterday got feedback that they must wait for results and then write supplementary exams. A supplementary exam i must pay for ? Mancosa is deliberately making us fail with their technical issues so that we can pay for rewrites again . And they know for sure if you fail the rewrite you must register for a module which will cost around 4000rand Mancosa must be shut down. They are milking us for money. How unfair is it that people fail not due to incompetence but because you have a malfunctioning system and now do nothing .
Today engen in durban road they charged me for fuel that was never pumped. I was a bit distracted as I had kids but my tank was half full so I decided to fill up with only R150 to completely fill up my car as the tank is small and less than r300 completely fills the tank I paid and switched on my car the gauge didn't move 1cm. At the time of fill up The attendant ran up and down and I never saw the fuel pipe go in the fuel tank. None of the kids saw either. there was another vehicle that was infront of me but didn't stay long and left the car looked a bit suspicious At the time I thought he was only gonna fill up now but instead closed the cap and went to collect the machine And I paid When I enquired whether he filled as I had requested he argued and said yes. I found it strange. He told me maybe the gauge will move when I drive and I have never experienced this as the gauge moves when I fill up I drove off and parked close and switched the car off and on nothing happened. I went back and the attendants looked at me like I am stupid or crazy when I explained what happened and said no maybe something wrong or I didn't switch off the engen. As if anyone would fill up with a car that's engine is on. I am now home more than an hour and still nothing . Your attendant had charged me for fuel that he had thought he put in but didn't and then argued with me about it.i am very unhappy as I always prefer engen over the other garages and drive further to fill up there. I have even asked them to show me footage and they said there's no cameras. What garage doesn't have cameras ! I have been crooked and they were acting like I am crazy ! What in the hell i have been crooked !
