M&T Developments Units Infrastructure
I bought a unit in Fish eagle view. Three months after being occupied, The is water Leak which tripped the electricity and the Balcony light. I report after the 3 months of occupying the Unit. in September later year (2021) an electrician comes and Takes off the LED balcony light and says they will waterproof the upstairs balcony first in November 2021. It's December 2022 NOW and still no balcony lights or waterproofing. Every rain it gets worse. now both bedrooms are leaking. Trying to get out of this place as much as i can.

Review To Look into MT Developments
IF buying in MT please make sure you inspect every area of your property. Because for me the Plumbing is bad leaking, the was gas leak... bought 2 bed with bath 2 bed in MT. Even after months of emails to their home warrant email. Nothing is fixed, foreman sends you to Homewarranty. It can be Kempton park side, Edenvale or pretoria Development . My advice TRIPLE inspect, Plumbing,paints and Gas link before you buy. Not sure how Because most problem came after 2 weeks of moving in. Even now guess toilet is not fixed for months and it's leaking. Gas link also, carports are broke. Only notice most of this after week or two of moving in. Asked foreman and agent but told to send to home warranty. "Someone got their commision".
