We have been seating in line since in the morning. Some of the staff members leave there desk go to lunch and when they come back they take there bags and leave saying that they are going to play soccer today. Leaving over 60 people some with newborn babies seating in line. The are over 11 counters and just 1 person at their desk.
I have a BMW X1 2019 model, which a unique but rare issue with the turbo. Every where we went to get it repaired, we were told crazy prices. However, Clive from Flora Auto Clinic understood my situation, to a point that he went an extra mile to sort out my car. Till today the car still runs like a dream. Thank you. I am really disappointed in Nurse Mbali from the wellness ward. Firstly the patients that are admitted in that ward are people that are very close to breaking down mentally. And are there to recuperate for 21 days or the other. So if Mbali is going to accommodate the patients in there conditions and telling a patient that they can rather take there bags and leave. Now this is after the doctor that requested for that patient to be admitted into that ward. The doctor discovered that the is something dreadful possiblily wrong with the her patient and needs to go to a different hospital in hyde park for a particular procedure and come back to Dr SK matseke hospital. Doctor's instructions. Now Nurse Mbali goes and tells the patient that if she leave she must take all her belongings and bags because she's discharging her. "With attitude" After a long argument the worried patient trying to explain that it's that Doctor that requires for to get a pass out. Mbali goes and says rudely "that doctor doesn't work there in that ward so she will not follow those orders". But yet that is a well known doctor with a consultation room within the hospital. I strongly suggest that nurse stops working at the wellness ward because she doesn't understand the concept of wellness ward. Now the doctor suggests the patient to go and do that needed procedure immediately without delay or this may cause lifetime consequences for the patient. Can senior management attend to this as the patient needs to go to this appointment tomorrow 26th March 2024 this is really reflects bad on the hospital and others nurses that are doing an outstanding job. Which why for the past 8 year I always preferred this hospital, never mind the long drive getting there. Can the treatment of this hospital remain at its standards "private hospital " it's not a public hospital, that type of attitude is common in public hospitals.
I tend to believe that the best way to get things done or resolved at FNB is going onto Hellopeter. September i used my Credit card to rent a car in Cape Town, which there was a holding fee of R4000. That transaction was showing on my App at which i was told by FNB chat that it takes 14 -30 Business days. Its long pasted 30 days. I started to enquire about this an suddenly i can not find a trace of this transaction on my statement or App. The car rental company confirmed in written that FNB should relies the holding fee back into my account and gave details and ref numbers but FNB say they don't see any transactions. So how is it possible that an external company can do as they please on my bank account and my BANK tells me they can not even pickup a thing regarding this. I continuous enquired over and over, emails were sent which proof was requested and was sent. Know my BANK FNB is fully ignoring me. Bongani Khumalo was assigned to this complain again he asked me for proof which i sent again and over a few follow up emails still now acknowledgement of my emails. I even went to the Key West branch, we tried to call him but he did not answer or get back to me. So this has been going on for to long. Can you credit my account. Because it clear that there is something going on at FNB. Because one of the guys i work will had the same problem which wanted to add his lawyer but then got him money last week Thursday. Again FNB has dropped the ball.
I am truly disappointed with FNB. i took a temp loan in 2020 and FNB listed me which took 3 years to clear me. For a temp loan that was paid in full in 2020. Going to different breaches trying to clear myself with no luck. Called the call agents but they would send me incorrect clearance letters. Took a loan for around R3500 but they would send me clearance letters for R35 000 that are not even signed or have bank stamp. Now my credit has improved very well but i can not apply for any credit because FNB says I've missed debit orders for more then 7 time within 12 months. But my clear score shows i've never missed a debit order since 2021, which it is right. So today FNB north breach is under renovation and they have a table set out side. Yet again we tried to apply and it still decline. My credit score gets a negative again. Can some from FNB correct this and call me with facts.
Rosebank college is so bad when it come to there call agents. I was holding for 47min only to have my call picked up but put on the side. Now I am listening to someone sending voice notes on WhatsApp about send money to to Mpumi. And all I want to do is to get confirmation that the money I've been paying is allocated to my account. Then I can pay the balance and get my certificate. But no. I visited the Braam branch 3 times already. I get emails which no one replies to. Highly disappointed
fnb deserves -0-star review. my ITC still reflects that I owe them a temporarily loan which was paid up and when you call in to have this resolved they provided me with an incorrect letter no signature. I'm honestly fed up with the service as this is affecting me badly on ITC and I'M NOW TOLD THAT ONCE THEY PROVIDE ME WITH A LETTER, I MUST DO THEIR WORK AND INFORM THE CREDIT BUREURS THAT THIS CERTAIN ACCOUNT IS CLEARED. AND ACCORDING TO MY UNDERSTANDING AS THEIR CLIENT THEY NEED TO DO THAT, THE ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED 2021 HOWEVER IT STILL SHOWS ACTIVE ON ITC. I WANT THIS RESOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS
