Incompetent / dehumanising property development
This is the worst property development ever ,their focus is profit making and never about their clients.10+days we haven’t had electricity and we are expected to pay full rent ,has it’s not their fault that we don’t have electricity but as a private development sector they need to put us first and put pressure on the service provide regarding the electricity but we are the ones fighting their battle and fighting with eskom .we have lost a lot during this hard time and that don’t even take that to consideration but had over invoices of rent due .HPM IS BY FAR THE WORST PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT THAT HAS GRACED OUR LAND .
