I place an order in July 2025. When I haven't received anything by 19 November, I respectfully requested a refund. I've been waiting since 19 November 2025 for a refund of R 1735.25. I've sent 5 follow-up e-mails and have also phoned. I've received polite e-mails in the past, making promises, but have received no communication from my last 2 e-mails. Warning to people wanting to do online business with TDSA.
We use a Customer Relationship Program called Salesforce, which is being administrated by PWC. Recently they wilfully revoked our access to Salesforce and we had no access to any of the information we generated. The access was revoked on a Saturday which meant we had to wait till Monday to be able to address it. When contacting PWC (****r Toffie), we were informed it was because we took too long to inform them who the directors were of our business and also because we have not completed the order form which they have NOT sent us and also have not paid the invoice which they have NOT sent us. Please bear in mind that we have been dealing with these companies for at least 6 years now. This review was written on day 3 after we lodged our complaint with Mr Toffie , but day 5 after access was revoked. A CRM system, like Salesforce, has become an integral part of our business and we have become reliant on the information we store on it. This is a massive concern, and I would advise all companies dealing with PWC and Salesforce to have a backup plan. Unfortunately we didn't as we thought we could trust them.
