Goods as ordered, delivered quickly. For me, 2 improvements would be: 1) More details of the items provided on the "order" pages. 2) A delivery service that allowed the customer to collect at a convenient point (such as the courier's local depot) for the typical private customer where there is not always someone at the delivery address during business hours.
Ordered (and paid for - including delivery charge) cat food in June 2022. More than a month later have not received the goods, and Keyboard Cart is not responding to my enquiries.
