Knowing full well that they would also wash the vehicle and charge me for it. Ridiculous continuously inflating costs for irregular "seasonal rates" ....... Accused of scratching tyre and bumper when here were NO SCRATCHES when dropped off the vehicle, and if there was I would've notified them accordingly as it would have been in my own best interest because it was my intention to continue using their services. I had to drop keys off using a key hole in the door... If there was someone available at their office to check the vehicle when I dropped it off, this dispute would not be an issue. This is something their office should have arranged regardless of any Christmas parties or year end functions - if it was a priority for their staff to not be available, then NOTICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ANY AND ALL RENTAL CLIENTS for alternative arrangements to be made to avoid misunderstandings such as these. No arrangement was made with myself knowing that the vehicle was due to be returned... the vehicle was unattended despite being in their possession but insist that these damages are my responsibility. Deducted from my deposit and no response to mails or calls. So disgusted!
