Poor service

Very bad service. I ordered from their app and my food came missing when I call them now they dropping my call and mind you I paid for that but I am very inconvenienced now. This is very bad cos I’m a black man

I am so disappointed with Nedbank honestly, i have pending applications that are on hold because Nedbank still shows that i have arrears whilist i have cleared all of my arrears.. Nothing is updated on my credit profile but i paid the amounts in full
