They do not even deserve one star. This is a well executed ****. Great pictures on instagram that get you to click on the “buy” button. You pay & then your money is gone but product delivery doesn’t happen. You try to follow up but no response. Stay away, it’s a ****!

Atrocious Accounts Management
My account was paid on the 03rd of November 2021. 10 November 2021 - I receive a “Suspension Warning” email. It also states that accounts department can be reached on “accounts@coolideas.co.za.” I then send my proof of payment to this email address. 12 November 2021 - My account is suspended. I call in, then get told “accounts@coolideas.co.za” address no longer works & I must send to “billing@coolideas.co.za” which I comply with 13 November 2021 - Account is still suspended. Called in, Support team cannot assist. Accounts team only back at work on Monday. All of this frustration is happening whilst my account is up to date but COOLIDEAS has atrocious accounts management systems. Maybe it’s time to go to market & see what’s available because my money is small change to them.
