Exceptional service, classy and elegant items - affordable prices as well as decor advice at no cost. Process is quite efficient and easy. Their office feels like home, everyone so welcoming and friendly.
I have never experienced such an inhumane disservice. An elderly reception lady with a shocking attitude & extremely rude. All because I requested that she help move her big dogs out of the way as I'm scared of them. Explained gently to her that I was once beaten by a dog and really afraid of dogs. Only to be told that she doesn't have time for 'nonsense' and then chased me out of the building. Her staff members, trying to console me they mentioned that they tolerate her as they have no choice. I'm in a shock!
Poor workmanship, poor quality of material, incorrect style of blinds installed, looks used and moto for the blinds not working properly. Lack of communication, empty promises. The day they came to install they were smelling heavily of alcohol. They also did not have all the equipment to do the job. They did not finish, said they'll come back to fix the next day but they did not make it. They sent a message later in the afternoon saying they are sorry they couldn't make and promised to come back the following day but they never showed up and this time around did not even communicate.
