They are false advertising, I payed for x4 chairs as their description and tittle is saying they are sold as a pair however I only received 2 and I was told that it is technical error…that’s *******,I am not happy at all
Its a pity i couldn't choose NO Star at all because thats what this company is worth,Verry terrible Service.My account was Locked because I had forgotten my login credentials. When I contacted for the first time, the representative said that someone would be calling and that I should give them 48 hours to do so.48 hours had passed with no contact. After 4 days, I called again, and the next agent informed me that he had sent my inquiry to the appropriate department, i wonder where the first one sent it to🤷🏻 ??? He also told me that I should give them another 48 hours to respond because that is their response time.I decided to call a week later after having gone much over the 48-hour mark once more. The woman I spoke with completed the security checks and informed me that I will be getting an email during the day.There hasn't been an email sent in two days. Their customer service is terrible because they never resolve the problems that their users have. If you're considering joining Mobicred, which I do not recommend to anyone, you must remember your login information at all times because if you do forget them, you will be permanently blocked and no one will be able to assist you. You should also never waste your phone minutes trying to call them for assistance because they never respond. I lost soo many amazing online deals because of Mobicred
I have been with ikeja for like 2 years now and only now I am not satisfied with their service, trust me its becoming terrible now..i have been having issue with my device for like 2 weeks now, the only thing they know when you tell them about it , is " Please send me a picture of the router showing the cables connected to it" but never helps ...they take forever to respond , their technicians missed our appointments to times with no communication...I am not happy at all
Netstar is not to be trusted; their customer service is atrocious. They only consent for their own gain. I called and explained that I am having financial difficulties and cannot afford to pay my premium; I simply asked them to reduce my premium because my vehicle is no longer working and I have no other source of income; I was told that they would contact me. I had to follow up on my query because I was never attended to for almost two months... Mind you, they are busy deducting their money, which I told them I did not have and could not afford... I had to follow up on my query because I was never attended to... I've sent emails but have yet to receive a response...Do not be deceived by their claims that they care about their clients and such; it may appear that way before you sign up with them, but after you do, they will treat you like garbage... Whether you have money or not, you are compelled to give it to them. Regards Sfiso
