Had lunch on mothers-day. Service was terrible. Steak was not good. Returned to kitchen only to get another steak that was not good. Called manager that did nothing. Eventually ended up not eating at all. Then i received the wrong bill. Will not eat at this restaurant again.
Ordered merchandise off a clearance sale. Received tracking number few days later. After calling and inquiring about non delivery of the parcel, it took 3 weeks to credit me the funds. Speaking to a service assistant at the call centre, she said that lots of stuff gets ****** during the dispatch process. Asked if they could repeat the order. Received mail back that merchandise has been sold out. Very bad service. If they know they have an issue with security sort the issue.
On the 6th Feb 2023, I ordered 4 items from Cape Union Mart. The order was paid and I received a tracking number the following day. Parcel was collected the following day by the courier. The tracking did not reflect any movement on the parcel. I called the online number. I was told that the courier lost the parcel. I requested that the parcel be replaced. After several call, emails and sms's, I have still not received my parcel 3 weeks later. I will not purchase anything online again from Cape Union Mart.
I recently purchased two bottles of Harmonic Health sleep support. The manufacturer indicates that it has a full refund policy if not happy. I send mail to them after using the product as indicated, and seeing no benefits. After several attempts they have not replied back. Not a trustworthy business.
