Consultants unable to assist and they don't respond to emails. Poor unacceptable service 👎

Poor unacceptable service
Vehicle finance department always giving different excuses for not resolving my query. This is unacceptable and shows not caring for their customers. Have been doing follow-up with them and always promise to get back to me which has never happened.

I requested a call back from the website, and they called back within 2 minutes. The lady was so friendly, and the cover confirmation letter I asked for already in my inbox when I dropped the call. Keep up good work 👏
