Welverdiend, Elija and ect 5 Khutsong is now 30 Days without electricity due to overuse if Transformer because there was no provision made for the new RDP houses. There is no definitive date and the existing cables are being ****** day and night. Residence are paying for nightshift security patrolers out of their own pockets. 7 people passed on due to the outage.
We are requested by the Merafong municipality to sent photos of our watermeter with the new reading in monthly. I did it,but the reading on my account is much more as the reading I sent in. When I went to correct it, the person who where before me,who was directed to the office was chased out,very harshly. We where cueing up. As I went to info ,I saw none of the 5 ladies were working. 2 of them had brunch at 9:40. I had to leave and went back today. There was no client with them,but I was told to sit down in the waiting area Another upset client come in. After half an hour I went and asked another lady who can assist me. She said it is the apartment where I was waiting. 3 min later she direct me to someone else,but as the other person was also waiting,I sat down. The guy that we had to see,then came out and asked why we were waiting as the system was of the whole time......and will maybe come on at 14:00. It was not yet 11:00 and we were there for more than an hour waiting in vain This employees don't have any respect for us people and for our time.

I went on pensioen without a monthly income I had to discontinue my membership with Bonitasend of May 2022. With the poor post office service I received the statement from them that I owe them an amount. As it was to different invoices. I paid the highest amount. It was September 2022. In February an debt agency called me, and stated that I owe Bonitas money and was handed over to them. I checked for my statements and it showed actually Bonitas was owing me money. I contacted them and ask them to cancel the habnd over and pay the money they owe me. They asked for my banking info. I didn't received anything and contacted them again. Again they asked for my account details. I sent it again. Then I got an email, that they already sent me a authorized number to see the specialist and I am liable to pay the excess amount. I rep**** that they owe me the money and didn't receive any reply back. I think that they are not trustworthy.
As always Snatcher 's products are value for money. I couldn't find the products cheaper locally or on internet. The only problem is that I buy to much!
I am shopping for a while at Snatcher. If I have a query they respond as soon as possible. If they don't have stock, I received a voucher. I am very happy with the service.
