Outsurance is a professional outfit. Never had a bad experience with them. They were there when I needed them. They phone back when they said they will phone back. Truly a great company to have at your back.
What a dis-pleasurable company to deal with. From day one I had payment issues with them. Kept getting SMSs on payments that wont go through. No real help to get it resolved. Just reminders to pay. Was finally resolved because apparently they cant load debit on a business account, which is BS. They were annoying as hell to deal with and something that should have been easy to fix if dealt with more tactfully at least. They said "re-submission fees" might apply for the debit check. If they do that I am cancelling my service immediately... Turns out they have gone ahead and charged a re-submission fee for something entirely outside my control, so I have now cancelled my Cartrack service. What a masterclass in pathetic client service these people have given.
Avoid Driver1. They sell cars with suspicious repaint jobs and masking tape over the manufacturer stickers in the door jamb. They sell cars with mechanical issues that they never disclose and then gaslight you into believing it is your fault for buying a "cheap bargain". They make promises that they don't keep. They have endless excuses. They sell you cars without the primary key/remote! They claim a car had "one owner" when the car was in fact used by a sister company as a rental. They sell accident damaged cars. Save yourself headaches and go elsewhere.

On two separate days phoned this company for a quote on an item repair on an older E46 BMW. On day one I spoke to an administrative employee and she said they would get back to me. When I followed up after getting no response on day two I was forwarded to a senior person by the name of Eugene. He asked for some information which I forwarded to him. Nobody ever got back to me after that interaction at all. I thought this company was a professional outfit. It was recommended to me as the best. Not getting back with a simple quotation or update at all is not professional. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Bad experience. Bad quality workmanship. Seals not replaced. Bad cooling hoses not replaced. Bad quality components used. Car given back with new issues. Don't ever phone you back with quotes after multiple requests.
Booked a booth and when we arrived no booths were available. Even though a booth was confirmed and they were informed it was for a special occasion. The waiter delivered the incorrect veggies to one of the meals. The meals were below par - the steaks and fish dishes were not as well prepared as we remembered in previous visits. Just overall a less than pleasurable experience.
