Do not use this contractor! Ross construction caused so much chaos and disruption in our lives for a few months during this project and cost us tens of thousands of Rands extra. "Mr Ross" comes all presentable and makes many promises at the pre project discussions but what happens on the ground is the opposite! What was supposed to be a 6 week project became 5 months and despite all the errors from them Ross continued to lie and try fool us and deny responsibility and not cover his portion of the costs. He still maintained an attitude as well during this process when all he should have been was apologetic! The quality of his brothers roofing job was also poor and we had to get them back many many times to try fix the leaks and other... to which I now have no guarantee.
