Bad installation. They would not take responsibility. Took them almost 3 months to get reason why it was not performing. I had to get a second opinion to find out the the installation was done incorrectly. The front of the inverter Pool Heater could not be facing a wall that is 0.5m in front. This is not an opinion, I have the photos of before and after. I also organized the installation manual, and the minimum requirements needed for these type devices to be efficient .....were not met in the installation by a huge difference. This experience left me bitterly disappointed and cost me extra money. When i stated my argument, I found that all they did was try blame other factors and not honest at all.
Sirair has no expert for their Pool heat pump. They referred me to installer. The installer did not meet the minimum requirements stipulated in the installation manual. The location for your heat pump where it can get a good flow of air for optimum efficiency of the heat pump relies on good air flow. He installed it facing 0.5m from a wall where it should be 2.5m according to the manual. I showed Sirair the pictures , I questioned the efficiency of the product and they not prepared to question the installer which they referred me to. The manual also has a plumbing diagram on how to install with valves... no valves were installed. Also not done correctly. Very disappointed. I had to get a second opinion to find this out and pay for him to come out and install it correctly. it took 3 months to get feedback from installer and the reason he gave was the motor which is not true according to the second opinion i received. I haver all the pictures to prove my theory. If the supplier of the product and the installer are "buddy-buddy" because they need each other, what happens to the client?
