I purchased a double bed online from furniturespot on 29 November 2024. I was phoned a few weeks later and informed the bed will be delivered on 17 December 2024. The delivery guys arrived on 17 December and fitted the bed. There are two planks that gets fitted underneath the mattress and these planks were too big for my bed. The delivery guys went back with these two planks and they said they will bring proper planks the following day. The following day (18 December 2024), they came back with different planks and these two planks were still too big. And then they promised me they will come back the following day with a new bed. The following day (19 December 2024) they came back with another bed, but they brought a different colour bed to what I had ordered. I phoned their office and spoke to their Manager who promised they will come back the same day with the correct colour bed. The Manager phoned me later on the same day and she said they could not load my bed on the truck and the truck is too full. She promised the guy's will return the following day (20 December 2024) at 07H00. The guys did not pitch up on 20 December and most of the day they were telling me they lost keys of the truck. I phoned the Manager's cellphone more than 10 times that day and she did not answer any of my calls and whatsapps. The delivery guys only arrived at my house after after 14H00 and fitted another bed. The bed that they fitted has skew legs and has scratches and was dirty.I reported the matter to the same Manager who avoided my calls and she promised she will replace the bed but that has not happened. I spent 4 days of my time away from work dealing with furniturespot.
I paid R1699 to purchase Adidas sneakers from Sneakercrib on 29 Novemver 2024 via online shopping. I received confirmation of my order number and that my order will be delivered between 04 - 09 December 2024. My order has still not been delivered. I have phoned their phone number for over a week and there is no answer. I have e-mailed the shop and they have not responded. I have sent them several WhatsApp's and they are not responding. i think I have been ****med. How can I get my money back?
Their work quality and customer service are the best. I will recommend them at anytime. They installed folding doors for me and I was happy with their work. They returned to assist me with rain water that was coming in through the folding doors. Their installers cleans up when they are done and their work is the best.
Their customer service is terrible and how they treat their clients is shocking. The last time I reviewed them here they threatened me with lawyers and gave ne a deadline to remove the review by midday the same day. If you miss payment for a few days they will block your children from attending classes without any warning. They do not answer their phone calls, you will hold on the phone for an hour an nobody will answer. You will just end up dropping the phone after you run out of your airtime that was supposed to last you a month They have deactivated email communication so you can not communicate with them through email or phone. They used to have a whatsapp line where we can communicate with them but they have also deactivated that . They sent you a link that you must click on to make payment for school fees monthly but that link does not produce proof of payment after you pay school fees. The only way for them to unblock your kids to attend class is if you log a ticket and attach proof of payment that you paid but yet I have paid through the link they sent and I do not have proof of payment. My kids stayed out of class for a week yet I have paid and there is no way to communicate with them to tell them I have paid but can not produce proof of payment.
The Gas Man did a gas installation for a gas stove and a gas heater around June 2021 at my house and then he came to install 2 x 14 kg gas cylinders just before I moved in around 01 September 2021. My house plan states 2 x 19 kg gas cylinders must be installed and I also paid him for 2 x 19 kg gas cylinders. He installed 2 x 14 kg gas cylinders because he said that the gas cylinder supplier had a shortage of gas cylinders at the time when I moved into my house. He promised to come and exchange the 14 kg gas cylinders to 19 kg gas cylinders as soon as the supplier has stock. I have been trying to resolve this matter with him since October 2021. He is avoiding my calls and he is not answering my whatsapps. His companies google reviews is full of negative comments about him avoiding calls from customers. I need him to replace the 14 kg gas cylinders with 19 kg gas cylinders.
Teneo online school is refusing to release my children school reports despite this practice being illegal. I submitted a one month notice as per their rules that my children will be leaving their school and now they want me to pay school fees for a period when my children were out of their school. I have requested them several times to release the school reports whilst I am busy with legal action against them, but they are still refusing. My kids needs to continue attending school and legal matters take long. I will not advise anyone to send their children to this school, I have had so many problems with the school.
I enrolled my two kids at teneo school in September 2021. This was the only online primary school that I could find that offers full time live classes daily, which is a positive for me. I have however submitted a notice to remove my kids from the school due to the following reasons: 1. I found some of the teachers and some of the admin staff to be unwelcoming, rude and racist to a certain extent and also not willing to assist where I got stuck navigating through their online system. 2. There is a no homework given to the kids, and the kids have nothing to do after classes.
