Mix Telematics Cancelation of Service is the Worst!!!!
Cancellation is a nightmare. I have been trying to cancel their service for over a year. I had 4 vehicles with them that were sold and replaced. I am still being billed for a vehicle sold in 2019, and 2 were sold in March 2022. Despite numerous phone calls and email, the continued to debit my account. Finally I stopped their debit order to hopefully get their attention, which worked! However, despite telephonic confirmation that the service will be cancelled they have continued to send me statements and now threatened to list me with the National Credit Bureau. I have cancellation emails etc but they continue to send me statements that I am forced to pay as I cannot afford an unhealthy credit record. MixTelematics are the worst business to ever deal with. Do NOT use their services, they are bullies ! I have countless case numbers with them but that doesn't resolve the problem.

DO NOT USE StellenSolar!! www.stellensolar.co.za This is scam, they rub another scam business named SUNRUN!!, once exposed they move to another entity! This is how they do it!! See my other review on HelloPeter below. SUNRUN Alternative Energy is a SCAM!!! www.sunrun.co.za Sunrun Alternative Energy is running a scam!!! Check their website on www.sunrun.co.za They offer comparatively low prices on their solar kits and peripherals. Everything looks legit on that website, the invoice is generated automatically and you are requested to make immediate payment for same day delivery. This all happens while you are chatting to the Sunrun Sales Team on WhatsApp, who will confirm that your stock will be delivered within 24hrs. They will send invoices via email, and ask that you even sign a 10year 'warranty' on your equipment, inform you that they use (MDS)https://collivery.net/ as their couriers, Confirm that they will issue you with a waybill number once the stock is collected. Once all payments are made, they disappear, they don't return calls and disappear into thin air. Their only response to calls, emails and WhatsApp is that your stock was collected, No further communication! MDS couriers have confirmed that they do not have Sunrun as a client, Sunrun is a scam!! They are using these numbers (+27) 65 ********** and (+27) 74 ********** and now they use (+27) 81 743 5948 Mail: *********** DO NOT BUY from these scammers!
