Still have not refunded me. Ignoring messages. Will not recommend to anyone.

Bank repossessed cars
I was looking on the facebook page for bank repossessed cars and there is quite a lot. I don't know how it works and saw a 2018 tiguan for R39 950.00. I phoned the one nr being 073 567 5727 and a guy called Brian answered. He told me he is working for Alpha Auto Dealers in Klerksdorp for 15 years and i will be very happy with the car as it is bank repo's. He said they will send me the pro forma invoice and i just have to pay 50% plus delivery in the amount of R2 300.00. He will arrange delivery and if i am happy i can pay the outstanding balance. So he asked another "manager" to contact me with contact nr 065 699 1433 who can confirm same procedure. So i paid R23 000.00 over into the "financial director's" a certain CN Ryan's ccount as he would refund it should i not be happy with the vehicle. We arranged delivery via whatsapp and same have not happened until today. Then Brian blocked me on whatsapp and the other number also does not answer at all. I phoned the other number on the adverti*****t. It is Sabelo with contact nr 079 827 7846. He also told me the driver left and he will give me all the informatio of the driver which also not happened. He phoned and send messages to tell me i have to pay the rest of the money then they will deliver. I have not done that. He and a certain Pieter van Dyk phoned and message me many times to request the rest of the money. Pieter did not want to give his contact nr and according to them all of them are from Alpha Auto Dealers. I have an id of Sabelo which i do not believe is his. They promised me a refund and i even offered that they keep money for costs. But up to date no refund. I really was desperate for a car and come to the conclusion that is a scam and they still advertise and tell people the vehicle is available. So please be aware as i know that i lost money but want to warn others. As i told Sabelo, if they are honest, they will refund me but they just rob people and lie to them. They are very pursuasive. So don't fall for that as i told Sabelo also God does not sleep. Even the police in Klerksdorp say the people is thieves. I were at the bank but believe i definitely lost my money. Maybe somebody can help me.
