This has been the worst service I have ever received from a company, I have placed and paid for an order the 11th of December 2021 understandably you do not work on weekends as per your trading hours on Google, I then had to ask for an invoice and a tracking number to be sent as this was not done, on the 14th of December 2021 after asking again for my tracking number and invoice did Pieter Aucamp reply to me stating that the order has been packed and that i will receive it the the next day as per the email from him where he stated the the courier service being used is Courier Guy which it was not as it was fast ways at this point I still have not received any tracking code, to my surprise no parcel had arrived on the 15th of December as per what Pieter had told me on an email, This has unsettled me Deeply as this was the first time I had placed an order from you and the level of customer service is disgusting from your side, I Called this morning to find out why my order has not been delivered and I was told oh it is out of their hands they can not assist me in any way possible I have to wait until the parcel shows up here sometime, I will also be Attaching the emails that you have sent to me where you have no Grammar nor any spelling abilities and 0 customer service as you do not care and have a bad attitude towards customers that are upset and upset within reason. I have the right to be upset and to fight as your customer service is non existing what so ever I will absolutely not recommend you to anyone.
