Wonderful experience. My order was delivered quickly, and they sent shipping updates in real time. I felt very secure with my order and it was perfect. The shoebox got a bit damaged in transit though. So for gift giving purposes the box wasn't usable.
Horrendous experience. The product itself is good, but the order took a month to arrive after a delivery time of 10-15 was promised. I was given several excuses from stock mixups to mistakes made regarding the actual order. After waiting next to the road for an hour for a courier that didn't have a GPS or even knew what brand of vehicle they were driving, we got our futon. It was the wrong colour, and suspiciously small. It was the exact size of a double, where we had ordered a queen. After watching terrible videos sent by Jenni, we tried to puff out the brand new futon (as they suggested "please just hit it till it reaches the full size") but after 'hitting' it and sleeping on it for a week, it still remains the wrong size. No attempts were made to reconcile the bad service, no refund of the delivery fee (pay R290 for a month long wait? Waste of money!) Despite their good prices and other good reviews, do not waste your time with this company and with employees who will not respect you or take you seriously.
