PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC
Absolutely pathetic (couldn't think of a worse word allowed)!!! I have placed an order, payment went through, oder is still lying on the app as not processed/confirmed... I have phoned the customer care number (numerous times) no answer...I have phoned the international customer care number (numerous times) no answer, I have sent emails, no response...I have phoned the branch from which my orders are normally delivered, no answer!!! I know they are in trouble, but are they now really resorting to *****ing from customers??? Will definitely delete the app and won't do my shopping from them ever again!!!

Techinn - HELL NO!!!
Extremely bad service. You can't get ahold of this company in any way. I have ordered a phone in February and I am still waiting. I have sent numerous emails (wich they don't reply to), tried to call, tried the whatsapp chat (they respond only in a foreign language). So it seems that not only did I pay R4 200 for a phone that I'm not going to get, but I'm also not going to get a refund, because I can't reach them in ANY way!!! I will NOT recommend them to anybody, not even if they are the cheepest, if I could, I would shut down their site so nobody has to experience the same s..t service.
