The shop called me on the 29th July to move up my book-in date. Did not give me a specific date for the book-in. 7 working days later I could only book in my car. Which means I dont have cover for my hired car via Insurer. The lady was absolutely rude on the phone, unwilling to move a finger and assist. All she could tell me was they are out of cars. Yes, However, the shop has a part in the problem, Now I dont have a car and I definitely feel I was done a disservice for a service I actually pay for. Ver very bad experience with the shop
