Very unsatisfactory service from Medicross Edenvale. Service is poor and very long wait to see the DR when you have suffered a injury. Would not recommend if I could I would not even given a 1 Star, for poor service.
Bad customer service, been in contact via email. When I found maggots in puppy food was told noyly maggots but weevil larvae. I don't care what they are they are in the food. Sent pictures, it was before best before date and the years shelf life but no compensation. I did not want anything,but now I do. As it was made out to look as if we did not store the food correctly. Supported them for 8 years since we got our min pin(he is 8 years and still eats the puppy food and it's small enough for hin to chew without biting himself). I buy the puppy and the maintenance for the bigger dogs. And this is the first time I have had this ****. You don't blame the customer who is supporting your product for the flour or the maize that gets put into the food. It's shelf life is year and it's not a year t and the maggots are inside the bag and the container which we use. I do expect reimbur*****t as I will not leave this. My wife was very patient but after the emails received stating they cannot reimburse due to they way the food is stored and and and bull****. The fact is the Dog food is not over its shelf life and it is before its before date. I had thrown away more than half a bag of 10kg puppy food. Been back to the Brentwood Pick N Pay, absolutely no change has happened there. Will not be going back there again.
Good day, I would like to complain about the poor customer service at the tills. Customers stand waiting and the staff take their time to assist customers, stand and talk to each other and to other ppl when they are done and the next person waiting to be helped. The manager has no control over what they do. He does absolutely nothing about it.
Good day, Please assist me. I have recently found out that there is a company called Real People Financial Services, which give loans out for building material on homes. In the first place I do not even own my own house, which is actually how I found out they exist as I am trying to apply, which I can't seeing as someone has taken a loan of R65000.00 since 2012 to a company I just found out existed,10 Years later. I have never even received calls or emails from this company about the "So called Loan". I have sent numerous emails and don't get any response. I have also asked for proof which I am still waiting for. So this is a matter of FRAUD against my name and showing on my credit history. This needs to be sorted out and treated as a matter of Urgency. Please give me a letter stating this has been removed off my name.
PREVIOUS TO MY COMPLAINT BEFORE. ABOUT A DECODER STATING SOLD AND NOT AT CUSTOMER. WHEN IN ACTUAL FACT I HAVE THAT DECODER. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP THIS IS ON GOING NOW SINCE THE FIRST WEEK IN JANUARY 2022. TAKE OFF THE ONE ULTRA ON THE ACCOUNT THAT STATES - AT CUSTOMER. AND THE ONE THAT STATES- SOLD- PUT ONTO ACCOUNT. I ONLY HAVE 1 ULTRA, NOT 2. AND THAT GOES BACK TO DECEMBER WHEN YOU HAD MY PARCEL DELIVERED TO PE AND NOT TO GAUTENG. LIKE THE MANAGER STATED PREMIUM CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT GET TREATMENT LIKE THIS. SO PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP. WITH THIS BEING SAID I AM PAYING FOR INSURANCE. AND ON YOUR SIDE IT DOES NOT SHOW THIS DECODER. WHICH MEANS IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THIS DECODER ITS NOT INSURED WHEN I HAVE PAID FOR 3 DECODERS INSURANCE. THEN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ULTRA, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN DSTV WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR THIS. AS THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH EVIDENCE OF TRYING TO CONTACT YOU TO CHANGE THIS NOT ONLY ON MY SIDE BUT FROM DSTV EDENVALE WHEN THE FRIENDLY SALES CONSULTANT ALSO TRIED.
I have had the Explora Ultra for 2 weeks. With that there was a problem as it was delivered to pe and gauteng. Got a new one after speaking to manager. Now I have another problem that I have 2 Ultra decoders on my name one that states 'At Customer' which is the one I assume should have been delivered first. And the 2nd one that states 'Sold'. Now I please need the one that states sold to be changed to 'At Customer'. Without it being changed I am unable to exchange the decoder if there are problems. So please can someone contact me to change this ASAP. Decoder is giving problems.

Very Poor Service, incapable of doing job. Subscribed for Ultra decoder to be installed over a month. First parcel gets sent to PE, I am in Gauteng. And when phone to find out process nobody know nothing. Drive all the way out to DSTV in Midrand, and still get empty process from a lady called Aletta who will definitely call me back still waiting. When you call someone tells you they are checking the system and then all of a sudden have to pick your options again. VERY POOR SERVICE AND STAFF WHO CANNOT DO THE JOB.
