Will not recommend
I've received no feedback unless asked repeatedly, with the same generic message: Order's take 20 - 40 working days. As soon as I start with your order I will contact you in regards to the design etc. To today it is 47 days later and nothing yet, no reply to my e-mails. I would not recommend The DYI box!

Don't be fooled by the very Friendly start!!!
Very friendly and helpful when they start and want to take your money, but when you start enquiring about a refund, that is rightfully due to you - NO help at all with excuse after excuse. A refund is very clear, especially if they agree and know what went wrong, no grey areas - it is black and white. Refund my money that is it!
