MTN is ****ming people by collaborating with their agents to conduct ******* SIM swaps, which are then used to **** others. They seem to target individuals who have traveled abroad, taking advantage of the roaming status visible on their accounts. It has been two months since MTN authorized an ******* SIM swap on my account. Despite numerous emails, the responses from MTN suggest that they are not thoroughly reading my complaints; they seem to reply just for the sake of it. If you experience anything similar, please report it to ICASA. We must not let them take advantage of us.
The staff provide very poor customer service. They are inconsiderate towards customers. Yesterday, I waited for almost two hours to be assisted, only to be told to come back the next day to finalise the process. This shop operates similarly to Home Affairs. Both the staff and managers require training. Boitumelo, one of the 'senior members,' exhibited the worst attitude towards me. Another lady had to step in and assist me with an application that Boitumelo was supposed to handle.
I am enrolled in the Post Graduate Diploma for Data Analytics. I am deeply disappointed with the quality of education I have received so far. Firstly, the statistics module was woefully inadequate. Only 20% of the course material was covered, leaving us to teach ourselves the remaining 80%. This is unacceptable, considering we paid R6000 for the course. Secondly, the online submission portal is riddled with problems. We are expected to submit a declaration before the submission link appears. In some cases, the link does not appear until you have made multiple declarations. I experienced this firsthand when I was submitting an assignment. The submission link was not visible for several minutes, and now the college is refusing to mark my work. They even closed my appeal very fast and not after 48 hours as per their rules/policy. Moreover, my appeal has been ignored. Instead of addressing my concerns, the college has responded with generic, irrelevant statements. This demonstrates a blatant disregard for both students and the quality of education they provide.
I was thoroughly disgusted with MTN at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. They consistently prioritized serving white customers over black ones. Black customers were often ignored and had to wait until the white customers were served, even if the white customers arrived later. To make matters worse, they would abruptly interrupt assisting a black person if white people walked in.
