Worst customer service

Worst service I have ever received from an online business and I order everything online! Only one email received stating item has been shipped... been waiting 8 working days for parcel their shipment policy states 2-4 working days this after paying R950 for an item PLUS R70 courier no feedback from courier I had to personally liaize with courier company they cant find my parcel.... Their shop in cape town very nice lady answering phone but couldnt give me any specific detail on parcel tracking.... Mailed Good twice autoreply their only anwering emails from next year again how do you run an online store this way? Super dissappointed!!!
