Worst service looking for an IRP5 as SARS is requesting no service from Kelly how will they help with employment if they can't even help with documents on their system
I contacted SANLAM regarding my claim payout, as I have received an SMS advising it will be processed. I then called the call center a few days later and spoke to an extremely incompetent customer care consultant, who could not wait to get rid of me advising that it will be paid out "ANYTIME FROM NOW" I am still waiting. What ever happened to Customer care, anyway so I sent numerous callback requests as well. LOW AND BEHOLD I AM STILL WAITING!!!!! Perhaps SANLAM need to relook at some of their Core VALUES Serving with pride (because I certainly have not been served with pride) Caring because there is respect for one another (what respect because due to it being "KE DECEMBER BOSS" your agent could not wait to get rid of me)
