Poor customer service
I called German Autohaus to get my car serviced. Spoke to some unfriendly gentleman called Edgar. He was impolite, unfriendly and dismissive. I then decided to go directly to the service house hoping to get better service and got exactly the same service I got over the phone. I walked out and decided to use someone else. I would not recommend them even if it was the cheapest. Their customer service is horrible. I don't know how they still operating given that they have no customer service.

Unauthorised debit orders by fraudsters
My account was debited 3 times by two different so called insurance companies called Velcan and Pakcall via Digicash without my knowledge or consent. I called Digicash who said that cannot do anything but give me the companies telephone numbers to contact them directly. The agent whom I spoke to at Digicash was not very friendly. Anyway I called both companies and they both claim to be selling insurance products. Both companies sounded rather dodgy, none could give me any info regarding the transactions. They were impolite and dismissive, both promised to call after an hour, but none did. I called 5 hours later and got the same response. I am 100% sure that I have not taken up any insurance products with any insurance company and definitely do not know them. I'm really concerned that Digiacsh is allowing these activities to take place. I hope they can help me resolve this issue as I will not stop till its sorted. As it is I have incurred bank fees for stopping these transactions and I am not pleased with that. <br>

Fraudsters
Just like Velcan, my account was debited by Pakcal via Digicash without my knowledge or consent. They also claim to be selling insurance products. I called the company and some dodgy sounding character who sounded like he was driving said he will call me back in an hour. I called back 5 hours later and the same thing happened. I am 100% sure that I have not taken up any insurance products with any insurance company and definitely do not know them. I suspect that they work with the Velcan who did exactly the same thing through Digicash. Nothing about any of these companies sounds legit. the reps are unprofessional, dismissive and unhelpful. I'm almost sure that this is fraud as non of the companies can tell me what the debits are for.

My account was debited by this company 2 times in 2 weeks via Digicash without my knowledge or consent. They claim to be selling insurance products. I called the company and some dodgy sounding character who sounded like he was driving said he will call me back in an hour. I called back 5 hours later and the same thing happened. I am 100% sure that I have not taken up any insurance products with any insurance company and definitely do not know them. Pls be on the alert for these fraudsters and kindly advise what I can do to get this reported as I cant even find them online
