I have never been treated like this as a customer I brought my car last year 15 December for my key transponder had a problem, O used to lock and unlock my car manually, then after they fixed my transponder, I realised that I couldn't unlock my car manually, when I came back for my holidays O took the car today, the way they treadted me was not at high standard, of customer service, I was treated like trash, and even one of their technicians clicked his tounge at me, and they called police against me, I will never ever again use their service in Hillcrest, never again, never again refer my colleagues, theirservice towards me was very bad, bieng treated like criminal, queried aboutthe problem caused by them😏
