Black Friday ****mers
Rochester Advertise a Black Friday sale on a couch. I phone my local store who confirmed they have stock. on the website they show the sale is available from 30 Nov - 2nd Dec Today is the 1st Dec I try to buy the couch x 2 online, the price goes back up to original price. I phone the store then customer services. Customer services tell me no stock available then I advise there is stock at my local store. They then hang up on me when I ask why I cannot buy the couches at the sale price that is displayed online valid till 2nd Dec. I have screenshot of the ad where it shows Black Friday sale prices. Doesn't say anything about only a few for sale at this price etc. When an item is displayed at discounted rate till a certain date, this needs to be honored especially when I know there are 11 couches in stock. False advertising

Postnet Hoedspruit - by far the best
The team at Postnet Hoedspruit consistently provide excellent customer service. They are professional and cheerful. They go out of their way to exceed expectations and we are lucky to have such a great business in our town.

Easy Cctv.... not so easy after all.
Save yourself the time and effort with these guys. They take your payment and you can't track your order online. They responded once to my question about my order via whats app which was placed on 18th Dec and haven't bothered to reply since. Everything they sell can be bought in other stores. Save yourself the hassle chasing them for information.
